Hi – I’m Bill Perrottet, owner of Tri-County Pool Construction. I started this business in 2002 from my home in Palmyra, and I’m still operating it from there. As a small business owner, I can offer you great competitive prices and more personalized service than you’ll get from larger companies. I’m out there with my crew, making sure that everything is done the right way. I believe that we build more than just pools. We build memories. A pool is an activity center that provides family and friends with memorable moments, and my goal is to provide quality pool services and a finished product that you will enjoy for many years to come.
